For existing adult patients of our clinic. Use the form below to request a repeat of your current medication. Your request is reviewed by your prescribing clinician before it is issued.

Repeat prescription requests are reviewed by your prescribing clinician before they are issued. Please submit your request at least 7 working days before you need it. Requests can only be processed for adults who are established patients of our clinic and whose medication is stable. Urgent requests may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed.
